I have a super duper helpful tutorial for you today! Did you know that silicone molds cause bubbles (pitting) in isomalt... I sure didn't! And you can only imagine my disappointment when I cast my first isomalt glass in a silicone mold only to have it come out full of bubbles! Well, I have figured out a better way to make a realistic sugar wine glass with little to no bubbles! And you don't need any fancy molds to do it!!
