Hello My Fellow Cakers! I have another recipe for you! It's one of my very favorite edible materials to sculpt with... ever!! Modeling Chocolate!!! If you've never tried modeling chocolate - you're missing out! It's super easy to work with - no drying time needed (unlike gum paste or fondant decorations), it's sturdy, seams can be erased with a rub of your finger, and it tastes really good!!
