I am so sorry I haven't posted in a while. We've been experiencing some technical difficulties with our computer. Anyway, I wanted to share something with you guys! I've had so many people ask how well the whipped buttercream recipe will stand up to warm or hot, humid weather. And I've got news to share with you! This cake on the left was a fun cake I made for my best friend two days ago, and it was decorated in a very humid, 85 degree kitchen! It was HOT! And though the frosting was soft, it still piped beautifully and held its shape well! And here is something awesome - I'm terrible at decorating buttercream cakes, but the whipped buttercream was a dream to work with! It doesn't crust, so it can be worked over as many times as needed until you achieve the look you're going for! It's seriously the BEST buttercream EVER!! Maybe we should call it the Miracle Buttercream! ;)
